The three seat positions made the difference for us — my son sits narrow when he's drowsy and wider once he's awake and kicking. It's light enough that I forget I'm wearing it on longer walks.
Went from a tiny 7-pound newborn to my chunky 16-month-old without buying a second carrier, and the seat adjustments made the switch totally seamless. The head support is adjustable enough that she can nap comfortably on my back now, which is a game-changer for grocery runs.
My 9-month-old is already 20 pounds and the transition from the newborn seat to the wider toddler position took me about two minutes to figure out. I love that I can switch him to face forward for walks now without buying a whole new carrier.
